From a small cosy house to a generous group home, each property has its own character. There is room for family holidays, fishing stays, retreats or longer work assignments. We are personally available and happy to help plan the right stay.

A warm, welcoming house with a fireplace, modern kitchen, sheltered terrace and private hot tub beside the forest.
Lilla huset
A bright, modern and private small house in a peaceful setting – ideal for one person or a couple.

Two sleeping places are downstairs and one more is on a low sleeping loft without full standing height.

Our popular sauna
Right beside the stream, with a small bathing spot for cooling off. Guests from every house can use the sauna; each group reserves a time and then enjoys it privately.

The warmth of the hot tub. The stream outside the sauna.
Begin the morning with birdsong. Gather around a long table after the day’s adventures. End the evening in a wood-fired hot tub or the sauna beside the stream. Here, simple moments become the memorable ones.

Six comfortable houses at Gränum plus two studios in Mörrum for 2–3 guests each, both with a sleeping loft. We specialise in accommodation for tradespeople, project staff and work teams on longer assignments, and have welcomed many companies over the years.

Markus’s story
From fishing in Blekinge – to making it home.
Markus Zimmer first came to Blekinge for salmon fishing in 2000, made Sweden his home in 2002 and has built Southern Sweden Holidays step by step since 2005. His experience as a fishing guide became the foundation for personal hosting for holidays, groups and longer work stays.

Do you welcome companies and project staff?+
Yes. We offer flexible accommodation for work teams and project staff in Gränum and Mörrum, from short assignments to stays of several months.
Are there a sauna and hot tubs?+
Every larger holiday house in Gränum has a private wood-fired hot tub on its terrace; Lilla huset is the exception and Lanthuset has two. The sauna is available to all houses. Each group writes its preferred time on the board and then uses it privately.
What is nearby?+
You stay close to forests, lakes, the Mörrumsån river and the Blekinge coast. The region is ideal for quiet days in nature, fishing and archipelago excursions.
