Project housing in the right location
A practical base for work along the Sydostlänken corridor.
Our accommodation in Gränum and Mörrum is well placed for companies and subcontractors working on Sydostlänken-related assignments around Olofström, Mörrum and Karlshamn.
After work, the team has a real home with a kitchen, living space, Wi-Fi and room to recover. We combine houses around crew size and project duration, and a shuttle to the worksite can be arranged separately.

We have previously accommodated around 30 project workers continuously for seven months.

Can you accommodate a larger workforce?+
Yes. By combining several houses and studios, we can create one solution for larger project teams. Final capacity depends on dates and the preferred room allocation.
Can you provide a shuttle to the worksite?+
A shuttle can be arranged. Route, times, passenger numbers and price are agreed with the company before the stay.
Where is the accommodation?+
The houses are in Gränum between Olofström and Mörrum, and two studios are in Mörrum. This is a practical base for worksites around Olofström, Mörrum and Karlshamn.
Can we stay for several months?+
Yes. We specialise in flexible corporate stays from a few weeks to several months and can adapt the solution if the crew size changes.
Are there facilities for workwear?+
Yes. The properties have laundry solutions, and Gränum has three industrial washing machines and industrial dryers for rapid turnaround.
